Overview: 

When doing a CREATE data import, out of the blue SQL errors occurred in mod-source-record-storage and the current job and subsequent jobs trip over the same errors. Jobs therefore became stuck at some point in the import.  This does not happen consistently, but once the error happened then subsequent jobs would fail. The workaround is to restart mod-srs and if that doesn't work restart all DI modules.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into https://pre-kiwi-cap1.int.aws.folio.org/data-import 

2. Do a 20K Create import using the profile PTF - Create Success 2.  

3. The job could get stuck at some point, or not. 

Expected Results:

Import job succeeds
Actual Results:

Errors found and the job is stuck.
