Add possibility to adjust parameter connectionPoolSize for configuring connection pool

Description

The need of this story was identified after spike:  . 

When we increased connection pool size - data imports became more stable and Update of 5K records finished without errors.

Based on this need to add possibility to configure connection pool size with from outside and without modifying source code.
