The database seems to be in an intermediate state with about 1000 empty tables called "marc_indexers_xxx"

I can provide other info if it is helpful

I updated to Hotfix 2 in an attempt to resolve this before making the issue.

Only 1 tenant in this cluster

Issue resolved with 5.1.6 upgrade

-   also attached mod-srs log from when HF2 was applied (upgrade to version. 5.1.6) - this log does NOT contain the  ValidationFailedException. He also attached the databasechangelog (as noted in previous comment)

I believe this this issue is resolved but would like to get confirmation from team

Steps followed:

(1)Upgraded to  HF1 (5.1.5) and see the exception in the logs
liquibase.exception.ValidationFailedException: Validation Failed:

(2)Upgraded to HF2 (5.1.6) - logs attached- minor message in log 
liquibase/tenant/changelog.xml : SQL Precondition failed. Expected '1' got '0'

(3)Schema mod_source_record_storage schema (contains 1000 partitions - mostly empty)

Because the initial upgrade failed silently - would like to confirm upgrade is successful
