Record from chunk is not saved occasionally

Description

This issue has been observed in a iris-bugfest environment.

The error occurs occasionally on saving records from received event "DI_RAW_RECORDS_CHUNK_PARSED" to database.

This is an issue that causes jobs to get stuck, so if no stuck jobs, that's a good indication that things are better

Discussed at Folijet standup today. Was tested during the bug fixing, and had input from PTF, so we think it's all set. Also if jobs are not getting stuck, that's a good indication that this is fixed.

Hi Would it be possible to test this either on a PTF env with Hotfix 1 installed or on Iris bugfest? I'm not sure how to test and tell whether any chunks were not saved, and I'm not comfortable closing it without someone else reviewing it. We need to have it close on Friday. Please let me know ASAP if you or another PTFer will not be able to review it on Friday morning. Thank you so much!

Discussed with CPT - hotfix approved. Can this be tested in PTF after the hotfix release? And we can also test in Bugfest. cc: Aim for PTF to test with 1st 3 steps - create, then update success 1, update success 2 - with 1K file.
