Add existing records to the SRS Query API table

Description

This work will allow SRS MARC records to retroactively be added to the marc_indexers table. This will be needed for records that existed prior to the installation of the MARC query API.

 

Wiki page for instructions will be added. Will add to Juniper release notes.
