Create endpoint for retrieving "sourceRecords" using "matchedId" and generationId-mechanism.

Description

  • Create GET endpoint: /source-storage/sourceRecords/{id}?idType=INSTANCE for retrieving source records.

  • Search should be performed by matchedId(we assumed that recordId is equal to matchedId) and the record returned should be of the latest generation (probably just filter by state added in MODSOURCE-114.

  • Cover with tests
