Token expiration issues in Bulk edit, Data export modules

Description

On Eureka environment while testing Bulk edit, Data export modules token expiration issues happen

Steps to reproduce for Bulk edit module:

  • go to “Bulk edit“ app

  • select “Inventory-instances“ record type > “Instances UUIDs“ record identifier

  • upload .csv file with valid Instance identifiers (e.g. attached file for 100K Instance UUIDs)

Expected result: file is uploaded successfully

Actual result: file upload fails, in DevTools error is displayed "errorMessage": "[401 Unauthorized] during [GET] to [http://bulk-edit/permissions-self-check] [PermissionsSelfCheckClient#getUserPermissionsForSelfCheck()]: [{\"errors\":[{\"type\":\"UnauthorizedException\",\"code\":\"authorization_error\",\"message\":\"Unauthorized\"}],\"total_records\":1}] (Unauthorized)"

Checked on Eureka bugfest environments (ECS, non-ECS), Token expiration errors are not noticed while uploading files in Bulk edit and committing changes. Other noticed errors are described in the comments to ,

As for Data export - Token expiration error should be fixed there as well, current state is described in comments to
