Missing note type management buttons

Preconditions:

  • Authorized User with the following permissions:

Settings (Notes): View General settings

  • At least 1 additional note type should be created at "Settings" > "Notes" > "General".

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to "Settings" > "Notes" > "General"

Expected:

  • "New" button is disabled

Actual:

No “New“ button is displayed
