Remote Storage not accessioning items from FOLIO after upgrade to Poppy-SP-4

Description

Background:
We upgraded a tenant from Orchid-SP-6(mod-remote-storage-2.0.3) to Poppy-SP-4(mod-remote-storage-3.0.1), after which Remote Storage is not accessioning items from FOLIO. We see entries in the retrieval queue but not in the accession queue. Attached are the error logs with exceptions.

Actual Behavior:

Accessioning items isn’t working as expected.

Expected Behavior:
Accessioning items works as expected.

University of Chicago reported to me that they tested Poppy SP4 and accessioning was working for them. They use the Dematic EMS (API) Remote Storage configuration. We use the Dematic StagingDirector (TCP/IP) Remote Storage configuration. Noting here if this helps pinpoint the specific problem.
