JDBC exception after DB restarted

Description

Overview:

After a database restart on a production orchid cluster the mod-remote-storage configurations could not be viewed (see screen print below) in the FOLIO UX and we observed these errors in the logs:

Module version
Remote storage API module (mod-remote-storage-2.0.3)

Steps to Reproduce:
While mod-remote-storage module is running, restart the database.

Interested parties:

We resolved the problem by redeploying the module.

Yes, as I communicated on teams, the issue is not reproducible in Poppy.

As per the chat that we had the other day this issue is not reproducible in Poppy therefore, do we need to work on any fix for this ?

Thanks . and   - I think this issue should move to "Q" release and if Michelle verifies that it is still an issue, it can be considered for Poppy CSP.

Attempting to recreate this in poppy is on my to-do list for this sprint (12/4 - 12/15).
