Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to https://folio-etesting-snapshot-diku.ci.folio.org/ as a user pnly having the following capability set assigned:

   1. Data - UI-Users Roles - Manage ("name": "ui-users_roles.manage")

2. Go to “Users“ app

3. Select “Active“ option in “Status” filter in the first pane

4. Open any found user from the second pane

Expected results: “User roles“ accordion is shown in opened user detailed view in the third pane. If a user is opened for edit (“Actions” → “Edit”), “User roles“ accordion is shown in edit pane as well.

Actual results: “User roles“ accordion is NOT shown in user detailed view, and also not shown when editing a user.

Additional information:

• It is a regression (worked as expected before)

• Adding “Data - UI-Users Roles - View” capability set resolves the issue.

• "Data - UI-Users Roles - Manage" capability set does not include "Data - UI-Users Roles - View" capability (the same can be seen in API):
