Update module permissions in the ModuleDescriptor

Purpose/Overview
Update the module permissions in the ModuleDescriptor, as the permissions for mod-inventory-storage have been changed according to this story: https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/MODINVSTOR-1247

Requirements
Review and update the module permissions in the ModuleDescriptor-template.json file for those endpoints that use the mod-inventory-storage endpoints listed below with new permissions:

      "permissionsRequired": ["inventory-storage.instances.retrieve.collection.post"]
