Overview: Item information accordion is not populated with Item information after TLR Mediated request created

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Login into https://folio-etesting-snapshot-consortium.ci.folio.org/

  2. Switch to Secure tenant

  3. Create and confirm a TLR Mediated Request

Expected Results: Item information accordion contains Item information

Actual Results: Item information accordion is empty

The issue was fixed partially by . Now item information in mediated request gets populated upon any update of the primary request, for example, upon item check-in in the lending tenant. The BE scope of this ticket is to populate item information in the mediated request immediately upon request confirmation when it is possible (when title-level Page or Recall request is created in the lending tenant).

The issue has been reproduced, and the code was investigated to identify where the item's data should be retrieved from the ECS TLR request, set as a mediated request, and saved to the database. This will be addressed as part of MODREQMED-98
