When clicking on "Edit" in Marc Authority/ MARC Holdings, an error message is displayed

Description

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into environment as User with permissions:
    MARC Authority: Edit MARC authority record;
    MARC Authority: View MARC authority record;
    quickMARC: View, edit MARC authorities record;

  2. Go to "MARC authority" app;

  3. Find any authority record;

  4. Click on the "Action" Dropdown and choose "Edit";

Expected Results: Edit MARC authority record page opens
Actual Results: The error message is displayed "Record Cannot Be Found Or Loaded."
API returns the error: "Access for user requires permission: instance-authority.linking-rules.collection.get"

Tested in UIMARCAUTH-273 - authority issue is fixed

Discussed with Denis, he suggests that the problem can be solved on the front-end side. And recommended that I update my status to QA until the front-end team finishes their updates. As their update will fix this issue, the ticket will be closed. Otherwise the PR will be merged.
