Error comes up on clicking Edit

Description

On some MARC bibliographic records, if one clicks on "Edit MARC biblographic record" , error "500" & "Record cannot be found or loaded" appears in UI. When checked in logs and db, it doesn't appear the case of duplicate record, also the MARC record exists in database.
A new error "ErrorReportValve" can be seen in error logs upon checking.

Please review , FOLIO-3539 and . I think the issue might be with quickmarc modules being enabled for HA.

According to this article I can tell that the quick-marc module supports High Availabitily.
