Overview
Quick-marc update endpoint will use data-import to update records.

Requirement
Verify that quick-marc permissions will be enough to complete data-import jobs while updating bib, holdings, and authority records.

, yes holdings updating is not supported yet.

Also verified for marc bib(left) and marc holdings(right) records. See attached screenshot:

For editing MARC Holdings record data-import job hangs with status "In progress". Does it expected behavior?

Verified on our rancher environment:
All workflow works as expected, no "permission required" errors
