mod-circulation-storage doesn't register on pubsub upon environment startup

Description

Application logs shows that module registration was completed successfully.

mod-circulation-storage log:

mod-pubsub log:

However, mod-circulation-storage doesn't present in LOG_RECORD publishers list:

When performing curl request manually, mod-circulation-storage appears in publishers list:

, I'm struggling to reproduce this issue on my local environment. I can see that mod-circulation-storage is not registered as publisher of LOG_RECORD events, but in the logs I see no mentions of module's attempts to register in pubsub upon startup. Which enviromnets did your logs come from?

Hi We just found it yesterday, and I've got it in sprint 112 for now. We may be able to work on it next week, but I can't promised. If not, we'll aim to have it as early in Sprint 112 as possible. Do you know what needs to be done, or does it need some investigation by Folijet? If anyone on your team is able to make the adjustments in PubSub, we're fine with one of our devs creating a PR and having one of the Folijet devs review it. cc:

this is a blocker for that we planned for R1 BugFix. Do you have a chance to take a look this issue?
