BackPort - HttpClientImpl instances created by PubSubClient are not closed explicitly

Backport for MODPUBSUB-127 into Q2 2020

HttpClientImpl instances created by PubSubClient are not closed explicitly. So it leads to memory leaks because not closed HttpClientImpl instances remain linked to the CloseHook inside the Verticle
