Multi-Language Permissions' Names

Description

So far permissions' names are appearing up in a single language (English) while in all other languages interface. Here is an example while in R2L:

We just wonder if there are plans to have the permissions' names translatable to other languages.

As noted, this was handed via the UI by UIU-488.

Localized display of permission names is managed by providing a translation key in the app containing the visible permission set, e.g. permission.loans.renew, that matches the permissionName in its package.json.

UIU-488 (which despite its number is more general than the Users app) indicates a way to do this that should work in a reasonably straightforward way, at least so far as the purely technical part of the problem is concerned. There may remain some procedural issues to solve.
