Cannot select "Address category", "Account type" for an organization

Description

Precoditions:

  • At least one active vendor organization exist

  • One or multiple "Categories" exist in "Settings" > "Organizations" > "Categories"

  • One or multiple "Account types" exist in "Settings" > "Organizations" > "Account types"

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Login to https://eureka-bugfest-ramsons.int.aws.folio.org/ tenant as an admin user

  2. Go to “Organizations“ app

  3. Search for and open a detailed view for a vendor organization from Preconditions

  4. In detailed view, click on “Actions“ button → Select “Edit“ option

  5. Expand “Banking information“ accordion

  6. Click on "Add banking information" button

  7. Click on “Address category“ dropdown

  8. Click on “Account type“ dropdown

Expected Results: Existing options are shown in the expanded dropdowns according to the data in "Settings" > "Organizations" > "Categories" / "Account types". Options are selectable.

Actual Results: No categories are visible. The part of dropdown list is cut off. Inspecting elements in DevTools shows that there are no category/type options in the DOM.
