The organizations-storage.banking-information (1.0) interface is used in mod-organizations, but not declared as as required interface.

You can see module permissions in several endpoints suggesting that this interface is being consumed:

This ticket does not contain java source code changes to verify, has only updates in module descriptor to support Eureka platform, that was released as Quesnelia bugfix, related PR: https://github.com/folio-org/mod-organizations/pull/64/files
