Inconsistent character error between UI and API

Description

Purpose/Overview: In organization app, this is another error that I have found using API when the code has a "&" you will get error, not for the UI interface

Requirements/Scope:

  1. ampersand can be used in API

please try encoded value "%26" instead of "&" when you make requests via postman

Sounds like this is a controlled symbol and should be escaped in the URL. Dev team to validate this is actually the case and close this issue.
