Update the module permissions in the ModuleDescriptor, as the permissions for mod-inventory-storage have been changed according to this story:

Review and update the ModuleDescriptor-template.json file with the new permission for the mod-inventory-storage endpoint specified below, if it is used by the mod-oai-pmh module:
