When deletion history will be tracked for holdings and items records in Inventory (), OAI-PMH should consider these records removals as preceding instance record update.

Acceptance criteria:

• Fields from deleted holding/item records aren't added to the OAI-PMH response

• Holding/item record Deletion is treated as update event in preceding instance record, i.e. if holding/item record was deleted within the instance record, this instance record is added to the ListRecords response

• Datestamp equals the last date of update event, which now includes holding/item removal.
