Description

Performing tests for Check-In/ Check-Out with DB read-write split disabled and enabled warnings were observed.

This warning is actual for Nolana release and is not reproducible for Orchid release.

Added mod-notes-configurations.txt, mod-notes-logs.csv, and okapi-logs.csv

Kondratenko please provide env variables for mod-notes that were used during test. Also we need mod-notes logs and logs of the module that calls mod-notes. Also will be nice to have numbers of rows in mod-notes tables.
