Migration Issue from Kiwi-Lotus

Description

When we try to migrate mod-notes from Kiwi(v2.13.2) to Lotus(v3.0.0), this particular query below takes over 3 hours - we were not able to figure out when the query ran to completion because there are absolutely no logs at the module level. The client has 300k+ note_data records in Kiwi.

 

Expected Results: 
Total Migration of all modules completes successfully within 2 hours 

Actual Results: 
This specific query takes over 3+ hours and we'll try our best to get the accurate time for it to complete for 300k+ records

We checked bugfest-lotus and it has < 1000 records in note_data table - so probably wasn't encountered there as an issue.
