Overview:

When an order request is sent through edge-orders to mod-mosaic. If successful FOLIO must return the POL number and a success message. If the request fails FOLIO needs to return specifics about the error to help users diagnose issues

Acceptance criteria:

• FOLIO returns POL number to Mosaic for successfully created orders

• FOLIO returns detailed error message to Mosaic for failed order creation

Note we should discuss whether more data should be included in this response. As libraries may expect that data from the template applied on the FOLIO side also appears in Mosaic.
