Investigate dropdown for Record type * in /lists/new page has no instances

When we create list in Lists App Record type* dropdown should contain Instances.

We updated our PTF env rcp1 to the Ramsons-release-branch. Creating Lists with instances was not available because of inventory module permissions. Thanks to permission inventory storage - get list of instance-date-types now available from UI side and after assigning it to folio user the issue was solved.
