The user-friendly query will show the date before the query’s real date if the following circumstances are met:

• The current date is outside daylight savings

• The query date is inside daylight savings

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have the current date be outside daylight savings (for example, Nov 12)

2. Create a query using a date inside daylight savings (for example, Oct 5)

Expected behavior:

User friendly query displays the queried date (e.g. 2024-10-05 or equivalent)

Actual behavior:

User friendly query displays a date immediately before the queried date (2024-10-04)

We will also use this ticket to display this date in use MM/DD/YY (or other locale-appropriate format).
