Migrate mod-ldp to folio-vertx-lib

Description

Migrating mod-ldp's code base from spring-boot to folio-vertx-lib will serve several purposes:

  • technical depth

  • conversion will make sure more Index Data Back end developers are confident with the Framework

  • resolve security issues with the current older version of spring-boot 2.3.1 as listed in MODLDP-35.

Migrating to folio-vertx-lib has real value when we plan to do some of the more major updates and enhancements of the mod-ldp; e.g. to let users run the queries without using CQL.
