I am moving this back to Citation as we created a story to update mapping https://folio-org.atlassian.net/browse/MODELINKS-311.

Edited

This issue happens due to a problem(?) in Quck Marc.

  • When a Jurisdiction authority record (110/ind1=1) is linked to 710 of a Bib record, the $d is included in 710 of the BIB record.

  • However, when the same Jurisdiction authority record is linked to 110 of a Bib record, the $d is not included in the 110 of the BIB record.

See the attached screen recording.

Since $d is missing in the 110 of the Bib record, a new uncontrolled Jurisdiction resource is created in the data graph when the Bib record is loaded into datagraph. That caused this bug.
