Inventory "View Source" does not show all the authority fields when record is created and then authority added through LDE

Steps:

1. Go to LDE

2. Create Work and Instance → Save

3. Open Work and assign Authority

4. Save

5. Open instance → Check View MARC

6. The following Authority fields are shown: $a, $d 1911-1994 $0, $9

7. Go to Inventory

8. Find created instance

9. Check View Source

Actual result:

$0 and $9 are not displayed

Expected result:

All the fields should be shown.
