What we need:

We need a new microservice that will work with Atom Feed. For now, we don’t need any logic in this microservice, but it should have its DB schema for storing Quartz scheduling information and access to Kafka topics.

Acceptance Criteria:

1. We have a Git repo for the new microservice in

2. The new microservice is Spring Boot, a Docker-based

3. We have Quartz dependencies added to the project, but the Quartz must be disabled

4. The new microservice must have access to the DB schema (it must have its schema)

5. We must have Jenkins jobs for deploying the new microservice on all the environments we have

6. Result is aligned with and
