In scope:

1. Create a new MARC authority Person record using Marc authority API

2. Using Linked Data API, create new Work, with a “creator” relation from Work to the new authority

3. Via Marc authority API, update the Person record by adding a $d

4. Assert that there is a “redirect” link from old Person resource to the new Person resource.

5. Assert that old Person resource is deactivated.

6. Invoke GET /resource/metadata/{inventoryId}/id API, by passing 999$i of the authority record and ensure that the new Person resource’s ID is returned.
