What we need:

1. We need to have a schema that has tables and other elements required for storing Linked Data

2. We can use Zepheira implementation of the BiblioGraph to get schema

Success criteria:

1. We have a schema in FOLIO

2. It has all needed tables, keys, indexes as we have in Zepheira BiblioGraph

3. The schema works through DB evolution tool
