Description:

As a continuation of MODLD-187, we want to extend the bibframe2marc transformation engine with such features:

1. eliminate duplicated subfields and fields PR

2. construct Control Field 008 (so far), using dictionary (only TARGET_AUDIENCE so far)   PR

3. add edges of edges (recursively) conversion support PR

4. add support of relationship designator (Creator and Contributor so far) extracted to

5. construct a Marc Leader (required for each Marc record) extracted to MODLD-205

Acceptance criteria:

All 5 features are implemented or extracted to separate tickets.

Notes:

No QA is possible - the outcome here is a Java library to be used in further stories (/)
