Problem statement:

All records in the Linked Data must be linked to corresponding records in FOLIO SRS and Inventory Modules. We need it to cover the following flows

1. Getting updates from the Inventory and SRS

2. Sending updates to the Inventory and SRS

What we need:

1. We assume that we can get Inventory identifier when we receive an event about new record in SRS

2. We must process the fields in the ETL and save them in the DB

Acceptance Criteria:

1. When we import records in FOLIO, the ids are saved in Linked Data storage

2. When we create records in QuickMarc, the ids are saved in Linked Data storage
