ETL - Carrier type URI prefix seems to be wrong

Description

The logic in ETL translate module is to prefix the value of marc field 338$b with http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/carrierTypes/ to create the predicate http://bibfra.me/vocab/lite/link. For example, if the value of 338$b is "cr", following JSON property is created in the resource description.

However, the hyperlink http://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/carrierTypes/cr seems to be wrong.

See an example here

https://web-viewer-oml.int.folio.ebsco.com/graph/loc_1m/resource/kj_o2bBXyu0

The correct hyperlink should be https://id.loc.gov/vocabulary/carriers/cr
