Seems like the issue is not reproducible for most of users, who had tried, please see the recording:

As was discussed with and , the reproducibility depends on browser configurations and such suggestions appear only when user has saved addresses in Chrome settings. Was decided to not address this ticket for now, as it doesn’t block any flow.
