Prepare base infrastucture for integration tests. It should include:

  • preparing test infrastucture with testcontainers (PosgreSQL and Kafka)

  • preparing logic for tenant enabling

  • prepare base class with utility methods

  • cover alternative-title-types API with integration tests to have a reference for future integration tests
