Remove DB tables for the moved to mod-entities-links Authority tables

Description

Authority DB tables - authority, authority_note_type and authority_source_file together with their related APIs have been moved to mod-entities-links. Now, the left tables need to be removed from mod-inventory-storage.

 

Requirements/scope:

  • some rmb field should be added for tables in schema.json so rmb delete tables by itself
