Export run is showing a permission error

Description

Overview: Run manual export with a user that has limited permissions seems to result in the export file not being created.

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Log into some FOLIO environment as User X

  2. Click invoice app

  3. Create and approve 1 or more invoices for Batch group

  4. Navigate to settings

  5. Select invoice batch group configuration

  6. Run manual export

 

Expected Result
Batch export appears in list and displays date and time created as well as a status. Status will be "Generated" if no valid ftp location was defined.
 
Actual Result
Resulted in this error: Access requires permission: invoice-storage.invoice-lines.collection.get

My user has the following permissions - am I missing something?

Invoice: Approve invoices
Invoice: Can view and edit Invoices and Invoice lines
Invoice: Can view Invoices and Invoice lines
Invoice: Can view, edit and create new Invoices and Invoice lines
Invoice: Can view, edit and delete Invoices and Invoice lines
Invoice: Pay invoices
Settings (Invoices): Can view and edit settings

I'm just testing EDI and I see that now. Thanks. If this is a configuration issue as well it is blocking testing of EDIFACT export and should be a high priority for the hosting team. thanks!

 as I understand it's issue with FTP configuration - no permissions, the same error is for EDI exports

 I just ran the export and it seems that it was successful but I'm seeing a strange error that I have never seen. Would this be related to recent updates or a separate issue all together? thx!

It responded with could not create file. But the batch export file seems to have been created successfully.

this one is fixed with minor change and verified locally with tests, decided to include in release

so please test on bugfest when deployed
