Overview: One of the lines from the voucher does not appear on the batched voucher export file. Other lines appear on the export as expected

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Log into some FOLIO environment as User X

2. Select invoice app

3. Create 8 invoices each with 1 invoice line

4. Each line must have two fund distributions

5. Each Fund must have a different external account number

Expected Results: All voucher lines appear on batched voucher export

Actual Results:  One of the lines from the voucher does not appear on the batched voucher export.
