Migrate mod-invoice to JDK 11

Description

Purpose/Overview:
Migrate to JDK 11.

Requirements/Scope:
Module should operate on Java 11 platform

Approach:
Update corresponding versions in the pom.xml, build application with JDK 11.

Acceptance criteria:

  • Application is successfully built on Java 11 platform

  • Unit tests are completed without errors
