Overview: When a Source = FOLIO instance is shared, a lot of the data is lost
Steps to Reproduce:
Log into a consortial FOLIO environment as a member tenant
Go to Inventory
Click on New local instance
Create a new instance manually, including
Title
At least 3 identifiers
At least 3 contributors
Publication info
Edition
Physical description
Resource type
At least 3 nature of content
At least 3 formats
At least 3 languages
At least 2 publication frequencies
At least 3 notes
At least 1 electronic access
At least 3 subjects
At least 3 classifications
Save the instance
Review the instance, to confirm all the details were saved
Go to Actions/Share local instance
Once confirmation toast received, refresh the page
Review the instance, to confirm all the details are still there
Copy the Instance HRID
Change affiliation to Central consortial tenant and Go to Inventory
Paste the Instance HRID into the search box
Review the details of the shared instance in the central tenant
Expected Results:
All details added to the instance when it was originally created should still be there
Actual Results:
Many fields of data are lost when the instance is shared (examples: Identifiers, Contributors, Subjects, Notes, etc.)
Additional Information: This was not happening until a week or two ago. I'm not sure what changed. This is critical to fix, since we're losing information
