Overview:
Event not published during MARC-to-MARC Holdings update

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Create job profile to update MARC Holdings with match profile MARC-MARC matching (available only via API)

2. Import some Holdings records

3. Try to update these holdings with created job profile

Expected Results:
Proper events published after MARC_HOLDINGS updated in SRS and then HOLDINGS in mod-inventory
Actual Results:
Event not published in mod-inventory after HOLDINGS updated
