Create a mechanism inside mod-inv that will search if the current action is the last one in the action-profiles tree and if there is an action profile for Create Order inside the current tree.

Hi all! In scope of this ticket the mechanism for checking Order post-processing and sending event for it was created and tested locally. All tests for it  and additional improvements will be added in scope of this ticket:   Check and verify created mechanism for the Order-creation logic. - FOLIO Issue Tracker. I'll close current ticket if there are no objections.
