Improve logging to be able to trace the path of each record and file_chunks mod-inventory

Description

We can change meaningless kafka header "correllationId" to "recordId" and "chunkId".

This is a separate ticket for the mod-inventory.

Hello everyone! I fixed all logging-related issues regarding this ticket, and it seems like currently were logged: "jobExecutionId", "recordId", "chunkId" (where it is possible). So I'll move it to the In Review column.
