Update a list of Instance blocked fields

Description

It is required to remove the following fields from blockable list:
0: "discoverySuppress"
1: "previouslyHeld"
2: "statusId"
3: "staffSuppress"
4: "statisticalCodeIds"

It is also required to add the following fields to the blockables list:
0: "catalogedDate"
1: "title"
2: "indexTitle"
3: "instanceTypeId"

Hi , here is the final fields being blocked if an Instances is controlled by MARC record:

"source", "alternativeTitles", "series", "identifiers", "contributors", "editions", "physicalDescriptions", "instanceFormatIds", "languages", "publication", "publicationFrequency", "publicationRange", "notes", "electronicAccess", "subjects", "classifications", "parentInstances", "childInstances", "catalogedDate", "title", "indexTitle", "instanceTypeId"
