Deprecate module

Description

Follow the instructions found here

  • Remove from platform-complete (both master and snapshot)

  • Close all outstanding PRs

  • Delete all merged branches (and review unmerged branches)

  • Add notice of deprecation to readme (for example) and ensure copyright year reflects last change

  • Change the about description in github

  • Archive the repository

  • Add to list of deprecated modules in [FOLIO-1838]
